Aspiring Leaders is an interactive development initiative aimed at individuals who are preparing to take their first step into a leadership and management role.
The programme is delivered through a blended learning approach whereby theory is taught through practice, experience is shared and technology is utilised to provide realistic scenarios.

This course is intended for people who have aspirations to become leaders in the near-future but don’t have the experience yet to enter a leadership role.

Yes. Both the whole day session and the twilight session must be completed before receiving the certificate. The Aspiring Leaders course is CPD certified, therefore will count towards other qualifications.

Whilst no experience is required to attend this course, already being in a workplace will give you the opportunity to implement your learning into your current role. If you have been in employment since leaving full-time education and would like to take that next step into leadership, this course is ideal for you.

People can sign-up as individuals or be registered as a group through an organisation. Due to the nature of the course, there will be team activities but we are happy to accommodate to a number of learning styles and ensure that attendees are comfortable.

You may also book as an organisation in which we can tailor the content to your industry/business.

There is a mixture of individual and group tasks, ensuring a real-life experience of leadership.

There are two parts of the Aspiring Leaders course that are held online. The first is the self-directed learning through our portal. Here you can learn at your own pace and dive into quizzes, course material and additional resources should you wish to deepen your understanding of leadership.

The second part, the Twilight session, will take place on our own platform Mea: Connexus. This doesn’t require you to sign-in or to download software, instead you will be sent a meeting link to join the video call and you can simply click on the link which will open in your preferred browser.
