Aspiring Leaders Programme now CPD Certified

We are pleased to announce that our Aspiring Leaders programme, as well as being recognised by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), is now CPD certified.

What is CPD?

CPD stands for Continuing Professional Development which involves the learning activities professionals engage with to develop and enhance their knowledge, creating new opportunities to grow.

This has become a universal scheme to demonstrate a person’s willingness to learn and develop professionally, and maintain high standards in their field of work.

How does it work?

As mentioned on the CPD website:

“Most professional bodies use CPD hours as their measure, and where CPD points or credits are used, these are typically a 1:1 ratio with CPD hours. By this, 1 CPD point would be equal to 1 CPD hour.”

What is Aspiring Leaders?

The CMI recognised, CPD certified course is an interactive development initiative aimed at individuals who are preparing to take their first step into a leadership and management role.

The programme is delivered through a blended learning approach whereby theory is taught through practice, experience is shared and technology is utilised to provide realistic scenarios.
