Cafe Track Featured on BBC News
We are delighted that this morning, Tom Cliffe, Issured’s Head of Training and founder of Café Track, was featured on BBC Breakfast in response to the ‘Autism Employment Review’ by MP, Robert Buckland. Check out the interview below!
Back in 2019, Tom set up Café Track in Northampton, with the support of Issured, as a place for autistic adults to obtain work experience following the staggeringly low number of autistic adults in employment. Tom and the team at Café Track made it their mission to support autistic individuals, giving them the valuable skills and confidence to gain employment, and have since supported over 125 autistic adults. And as part of Tom’s mission, he has also worked with a number of local businesses, providing them with training on how to support autistic individuals, helping them thrive in the workplace.
As a founding partner and ongoing supporter of Café Track, we’d like to say a massive well done to Tom and the team at Café Track for all their efforts and the positive change they’re creating for autistic adults in the workplace.
