CMI Level 5 Certificate
Overview
The CMI Level 5 Certificate in Management and Leadership is designed to develop the skills needed to lead and manage individuals and teams, providing a broader knowledge of skills to help you to be more effective in specific management areas.
Assessment
CMI Level 5 Certificate is designed for individuals looking to improve specific areas of leadership and management and usually takes around 6 – 9 months to complete. To achieve the CMI Level 5 Certificate learners will be required to complete two 3,500 – 4,000 word written assignments that require taught theory to be applied to the organisational context.

To achieve the CMI Level 5 Diploma learners will be required to complete eight 3,500 – 4,000 word written assignments that require taught theory to be applied to the organisational context.
